01Agreement and scope
By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Child Safety, and Content Notices. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Manuscripts / ScrollQuest is a Christ-centered Bible-learning game and community tool. Features may include word puzzles, Bible reading, trivia, mini-games, profiles, friends, prayer encouragement, forums, news, achievements, virtual currencies, and admin-reviewed ministry requests.
These Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your country or region.
02Eligibility, age, and account security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect your password and do not lend, sell, or transfer your account.
- One person should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate rewards, rankings, requests, or moderation.
- Minors must use the service with parent or guardian involvement appropriate to their age and local law. Children under 13 must not independently create an account or submit personal information.
- Contact the project team promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
03Community conduct and user content
Use community features with truth, patience, and love. You remain responsible for posts, comments, profile text, prayer messages, feedback, and other content you submit.
Do not submit or promote:- Harassment, bullying, threats, grooming, sexual content, exploitation, hate, impersonation, or targeted humiliation.
- Profanity evasion, spam, scams, malware, unauthorized links, personal-data harvesting, or attempts to bypass safety controls.
- Private information about yourself or another person, including home address, school, precise location, passwords, financial details, private messages, or confidential records.
- Copyright-infringing material, cheating tools, automated abuse, leaderboard manipulation, or exploits.
You grant the service a limited permission to store, display, format, moderate, and transmit your submitted content only as needed to operate the feature. You keep any rights you lawfully hold in your own content.
04Moderation, reporting, and fair play
Admins may review, hide, remove, preserve, or restrict content and accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, law, security, community integrity, or enforcement of these Terms. Reports may be reviewed without guaranteeing a particular outcome or response time.
Gameplay results, rewards, rankings, and unlocks may be corrected when caused by bugs, duplication, exploitation, corrupted data, or unauthorized automation. Honest testing and bug reports are welcome; knowingly exploiting defects is not.
05Virtual rewards, Seeds, and ministry requests
- XP, Coins, Seeds, Scroll Shards, achievements, titles, badges, borders, and other in-game items are virtual features with no cash value unless the service expressly states otherwise.
- Virtual balances may be adjusted to correct errors, exploits, duplicate awards, or balancing problems.
- Seed Shop requests are requests for review, not automatic purchases, contracts, shipping promises, or guaranteed fulfillment.
- Physical or ministry-related requests depend on eligibility, availability, location, cost, safeguarding, and manual approval.
- No gambling, wagering, loot boxes, or pay-to-win entitlement is created by using the service.
06Scripture, original work, and permitted use
Scripture belongs to God. The service does not claim ownership of the Word of God. Bible translations and source materials remain subject to their own notices and applicable rights.
Original game artwork, interface designs, code, game systems, non-Bible educational wording, puzzles, collections, badges, maps, and related materials may not be copied, sold, republished, reskinned, scraped, or commercially reused without written permission.
You may use the service for personal, family, church, classroom, and ministry learning as the available features permit, provided you do not misrepresent ownership or redistribute protected materials.
07Service changes, links, and availability
Features may be changed, tested, paused, repaired, or retired. Staging and alpha environments may contain unfinished features and bugs. Third-party links, Bible resources, hosting, email, and platform services are governed by their own terms and practices.
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every country.
08Suspension, deletion, disclaimers, and changes
Accounts may be limited, suspended, or deleted for serious or repeated violations, safety risks, fraud, unlawful activity, or technical threats. Users may request account deletion through available profile controls.
The service is provided for Bible learning and encouragement. It is not a replacement for Scripture, a local church, pastoral care, professional counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, emergency services, or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms may be updated when features, laws, or safeguards change; the effective date will be revised.

Use the Feedback or Support area after signing in. For urgent safety concerns, use the in-app report tools and contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
